2004 Ford Mustand - what year wheels are interchangeable
#1
Just got a 2004 Mustang, and I'm thinking about swapping the wheels. Before I go hunting, I’m curious if anyone knows which other Mustang models have wheels that fit a 2004? I heard some models are interchangeable, but I’m not sure which ones. Would appreciate any insights—trying to save myself some trial and error!

Congrats on the new ride! You’re right—there are definitely some interchangeable options. The 2004 Mustang has a bolt pattern of 5x114.3mm (or 5x4.5 inches), so you’ve got a good range of choices. Wheels from Mustangs made between 1994 and 2004 should fit without any issues. That covers all the SN95 models, including the GT, Cobra, and even the V6 versions. You might also find that some newer Mustangs (2005-2014) have the same bolt pattern, but just be mindful of the offset. As long as you stick with those years, you should be good to go. Happy hunting!
