2020 Ford Mustang Mod: Turbocharger or downpipe?

I’m thinking about modding my 2020 EcoBoost Mustang to boost performance. Would you recommend going for a turbo upgrade first, or should I start with simpler mods like a downpipe and tune? What’s worked best for your setup?
