Check This Out: Mystichrome Paint is Back on the Mustang!
#1
Video
I just read something that got me pretty excited, and I wanted to share it with you all. Remember that color-shifting paint from the '90s? It’s back, and this time, it’s available on the Mustang, thanks to Ford teaming up with Vaughn Gittin Jr. and RTR Vehicles.

They’re bringing back Mystichrome, which is that paint that changes colors depending on the light and angle. It was originally used on the 1996 Mustang SVT Cobra, and now it’s available again. This paint can shift between blue, green, gold, purple, and brown. It’s a pretty unique look that definitely stands out.

But here’s the thing – it’s not cheap. If you want this paint on your Mustang, you’re looking at a price tag of $15,995. That’s a lot, but for something this unique, I can see why some people might go for it.

RTR is also offering other custom paint options, and you can even get a custom color through their Paint to Sample Program. I’m curious if they’ll extend this option to other models like the Bronco, but nothing’s confirmed yet.
