Alright, so winter hit hard this year, and I was tired of scraping ice off my Mustang’s windshield every morning. I decided to give the Rain-X Deicer a shot—figured anything was better than freezing my fingers off with that ice scraper.
Honestly, I was pretty impressed. Just sprayed it on, and the ice started melting away like magic. I didn’t have to work nearly as hard to clear the windshield, and it didn’t leave any weird streaks or residue, which is a big win in my book. I was a bit worried it might mess with the paint or the glass, but after a couple of weeks of using it, no problems at all.
If you’re dealing with frosty mornings and you’re sick of scraping, I’d say go for it. Just keep it handy in your car, and you’re good to go. Anyone else used this stuff? How’d it work out for you?
