Need to know a battery size for 2016 Ford Mustang GT
Posted by: iloveanycar - 08-20-2024, 08:22 PM - Forum: Questions - No Replies

I need to replace the battery in my Ford Mustang, but I’m not sure what size I should get. Can anyone tell me the correct battery size for a 2016 Mustang GT? Are there any brands you’d recommend, or should I stick with the OEM battery?

Is the Ford Mustang V6 a Good Engine?
Posted by: iloveanycar - 08-20-2024, 08:10 PM - Forum: Questions - No Replies

If you’re considering buying a Ford Mustang with the V6 engine, let me tell you—you’re eyeing a solid choice, especially if you’re after a balance between performance and daily drivability. The V6 may not have the roar of the V8, but don’t let that fool you. It still packs a punch with respectable power, making it plenty fun to drive while also being more forgiving at the gas pump.

But here’s the deal: like any engine, the V6 requires a bit of TLC to keep it running smoothly. Regular maintenance is key, my friend. You’ll want to stay on top of oil changes, coolant flushes, and keep an eye out for any leaks. A little preventative care goes a long way in avoiding common issues like cooling system problems or those pesky oil leaks.

Is an H10 Bulb the Same as a 9145?
Posted by: v8ismyheart - 08-20-2024, 01:38 PM - Forum: Headlights - Replies (1)

I need to replace the fog light bulbs on my Ford Mustang and noticed that some stores list both H10 and 9145 bulbs. Are these the same, and can I use either one in my Mustang? I want to make sure I get the right bulb without causing any issues.

2008 Mustang GT Spark Plug Gap?
Posted by: v8ismyheart - 08-20-2024, 05:00 AM - Forum: Questions - Replies (1)

How's that going? I'm doing some routine maintenance on my 2008 Mustang GT. I’m trying to make sure everything’s up to spec and was wondering if anyone knows the correct spark plug gap for this year. Also, if anyone has a diagram of the 4.6L engine, that’d be super helpful!

Ford Mustang radio problems - and they are very annoying
Posted by: Nicko - 08-18-2024, 12:42 PM - Forum: Electrical - Replies (1)

I've been dealing with a frustrating issue with the radio in my Ford Mustang. It randomly cuts out, sometimes for a few seconds, other times for longer. I've tried resetting the system, checked all the fuses, and even disconnected the battery to see if that would help. I also updated the software, but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else dealt with something similar? Any advice on what else I can try?

What is the 2015 Ford Mustang 0-60
Posted by: v8ismyheart - 07-24-2024, 04:07 PM - Forum: Questions - Replies (1)

Has anyone here tested the 0-60 time on a 2015 Ford Mustang? I'm curious to know what kind of results you’re getting, especially if your car is stock. Did you notice any big differences depending on road conditions or driving modes? I've read some mixed reports, so it’d be great to hear from someone who's actually timed it themselves.

I'm considering upgrading to Rain-X wiper blades for my Ford Mustang. I've heard good things about the Rain-X Latitude and Silicone Endura models. Which one do you guys think is better in terms of performance and durability, especially in heavy rain?

2019 Ford Mustang GT 0-60 Result
Posted by: v8ismyheart - 07-21-2024, 10:52 PM - Forum: Guides - Replies (1)

Just wanted to share my experience with the 2019 Mustang GT's 0-60 time. I finally had a chance to test it out myself. I was on a dry, flat road with the outside temperature around 70°F. The car was completely stock, running on 93-octane fuel, and I had just over half a tank. I made sure to switch to Track mode and disabled traction control for the best possible launch.

After a few runs to get the feel of it, I managed to hit 0-60 in just under 4 seconds—about 3.9 seconds, to be exact. I did notice that launching it just right was key; too much wheel spin and it would add a few tenths, too little and it bogged down slightly. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with what this thing can do right out of the box. Anyone else have similar results, or am I just getting lucky with my setup?

Question - 2016 Ford Mustang Fuses diagram
Posted by: v8ismyheart - 07-20-2024, 06:15 PM - Forum: Fuses - No Replies

Hey guys, I’m on the road with my 2016 Mustang, and out of nowhere, the cigarette lighter quit on me. I suspect it’s a fuse, but I’m without the fuse diagram right now. Anyone got one they could share?
